Terms of use

By using the Synvolve POS platform you agree to these terms. They are a contract between Synvolve Intellis ("we") and the business entity that has been onboarded as a tenant ("you").

Your data

Your operational data — products, customers, orders, invoices — is yours. We act as a processor and host. You can request a full export or deletion at any time by emailing us.

Acceptable use

You must not use Synvolve POS to sell goods or services that are illegal in India, to harass customers, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to extract another tenant's data.

Billing & cancellation

Pricing is agreed individually based on your usage. Invoices are sent monthly. If you want to stop using the platform, we'll give you a 30-day window to export your data before deletion.

Liability

We work hard to keep the platform up (99.9% uptime target), but cannot accept liability for indirect losses. Direct liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
