Privacy policy

Synvolve Intellis ("we", "our", "us") operates the Synvolve POS platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our marketing site or use our platform, why we collect it, and how it is stored.

What we collect

• Lead form data — your name, email, phone, business name and any details you choose to share when contacting us.
• Tenant operational data — products, orders, customers, invoices and related business data you store in your tenant. Each tenant runs in an isolated PostgreSQL schema; we do not pool or anonymise this data across tenants.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, request paths, and timing — kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

How we use it

• Respond to your enquiry and onboard you to the platform.
• Run the platform you signed up for (POS, storefront, reports, messaging).
• Detect and block abuse, fraud, or unauthorised access.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data to third parties.
• Use one tenant's data to train models for another tenant.
• Send unsolicited marketing email to your customers.
